Hygiene instructions for the anal beginner
It’s important that I address some practical concerns here. To be clear this post is all about how to keep your ass clean. After this you won’t be getting much more skat chat from me, I promise! However, this initial convo is very important so let’s get it out of the way now.
If you are trying anal stimulation for the first, second or third time, feeling confident in your hygiene will remove a lot of the embarrassment and hesitation you may feel. Take it from a lady who knows what she’s talking about. If you know that you’re going to have some serious playtime tomorrow there are plenty of things you can do today to ensure your ecstasy isn’t interrupted with emergency, momentary clean up. (Which by the way, happens all the time and is totally okay!)
Be sure to eat light foods the day before such as grains, vegetables, chicken (not fried) and fish. Heavier fried foods, high saturated fat and processed food more or less turns nasty inside you whereas wholesome, lighter foods stay solid and pass easily. Drinking plenty of water is another huge factor in passing healthy, solid stool. This is important because you want to be sure your insides are empty and squeaky clean. A steady diet of healthy food and hydration is integral to your intestinal health.
Realistically though, you can’t nor do you want to eat healthy all the time. You’re going to slip and eat the rich foods you crave. I myself am no good at resisting temptation. When hedonism is a lifestyle it’s nice to have some shortcuts to keeping your guts clean. One of the best tips I’ve gotten for keeping my insides sparkling is starting my morning with probiotic supplements and psyllium husk powder. These two things alone will keep you healthy and regular, it takes no time at all and you can get them at any drugstore. Take these things daily and it will not only do wonders for your sexual hygiene but is a huge improvement to your overall health as well. One spoonful of psyllium husk powder in a glass of water with two capsules of intestinal probiotics first thing in the morning will reduce a lot of the work you have to do to keep your ass clean.
